Summary of Key Points

This summary provides key points from our privacy notice, but you can find out more details about any of these topics in the sections below.

What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with Gofish AS and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

Do we process any sensitive personal information? No. We do not process special categories of personal data, such as data about health, religion or political views.

Do we receive any information from third parties? Only in two cases. If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat tell us whether you have Premium. We do not receive information about you from marketing partners or data brokers.

How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

In what situations and with which types of parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties.

How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

How do I exercise my rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by filling out our data subject request form available here: https://gofish-gdpr.paperform.co/, or by contacting us at legal@gofish-app.com. 1. What Information Do We Collect?

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Name and username

Email address and password (the password is held by our sign-in service; we cannot see it)

Profile photo, a short bio and your country, if you add them

Photos you upload

Your phone number, only if you send it to us in the partner form on our website

What you add in the app.
Catches (species, weight, length, time, method, bait, gear, notes, photo, fishing spot and weather), fishing spots, trips and who you invite, packing lists, gear and favourites. Friends, groups and posts in groups, fishing challenges, people you block, ratings of fishing spots and likes. Your answers to the first questions in the app (species, waters, goals and experience). Your recent searches for fishing spots and gear. When you are able to go fishing, if you add it. Feedback you send with «Si ifra», and reports about content or people.

If you join through a friend's invitation, we keep a scrambled code made from your email address for 24 months, even after you delete your account, so the same invitation cannot be rewarded twice. The code holds only dates: not your address, your user ID or who invited you.

Sensitive Information.
We do not process special categories of personal data, such as data about health, religion or political views. Go Fish has no direct messages: what you write in a group is seen by the members of that group. Your location is covered under "Geolocation Information" below.

Payment Data.
We never receive your card number or other payment details. In the apps, Apple App Store or Google Play takes the payment. When you buy Premium on the web, Stripe takes the payment through RevenueCat, and your card details go straight to Stripe. We receive whether you have Premium, which plan, when it ends and where you bought it. You can find their privacy notices here:

Google Privacy Notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Apple App Store Privacy Notice: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/

Stripe Privacy Notice: https://stripe.com/privacy

RevenueCat Privacy Notice: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Social Media Login Data.
We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?" below.

Application Data.
If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

Geolocation Information.
With your permission, the app uses your device's location only while you are using it: for the map, nearby fishing spots, weather and conditions, and to suggest a spot when you log a catch or add a place. We never read your location in the background. The map and fishing spots also work without permission. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Location stored on your account.
We store only positions you choose to save: the point of a fishing spot you add, and an approximate point (within a grid of about 2 km) while «Vis meg i nærheten» or «Vis meg for venner på kart» is switched on. The approximate point is deleted when you switch sharing off. The last position you used is kept only on your device.

Mobile Device Access.
We may ask for access to your camera and photo library, to add photos of catches, gear and your profile, and to send you notifications. We do not access your contacts or calendar. Photos have their location and other embedded data removed on your device before they are saved. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Device and technical data.
Crash reports and performance measurements (see section 6). One code for push notifications for each device you are signed in on, so we can send you notifications. You can turn notifications off in your device's settings. The platform and app version when you send feedback. We do not read your phone number, contacts, calendar or advertising ID, and we do not collect information about your mobile network or carrier.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. More about cookies is stated below in the section "Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?"

The information we collect includes:

Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

Location Data. See "Geolocation Information" and "Location stored on your account" above. Google estimates an approximate place from your IP address in crash reports.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.

To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.

To fulfill and manage your orders. We may process your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

To enable user-to-user communications. We may process your information if you choose to use any of our offerings that allow for communication with another user.

To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

To send you emails with useful information and new features, only if you say yes. We send these only if you have ticked the box when you signed up or switched it on under Personvern in the app settings. You can withdraw at any time in the same place or with the link at the bottom of every such email.

To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.

To identify usage trends, only if you say yes to usage statistics (section 6).

To generate aggregated and anonymized insights. We may process your information to create aggregated, anonymized statistics about app usage: such as commonly logged fish species, popular fishing waters, or seasonal trends, which we may use to improve our Services and may share publicly. This aggregated data does not identify you or any other individual.

To determine the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns. We may process your information to better understand how to provide marketing and promotional campaigns that are most relevant to you.

To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On to Process Your Personal Information?

In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.

Legitimate Interests. We rely on our legitimate interest to: find and fix faults with crash reports and performance measurements; keep GoFish safe (reports, blocking, limits on how much one account can do, and signing you out after seven days without use); answer your questions and feedback; and make aggregated, anonymous statistics about fishing in GoFish, such as common species or seasonal trends, that cannot identify anyone. You can object at any time, see "What Are Your Privacy Rights?". Emails with useful information and new features, usage statistics and statistics for partners are based on your consent, not on legitimate interest.

Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

In legal terms, we are generally the “data controller” under European data protection laws of the personal information described in this privacy notice, since we determine the means and/or purposes of the data processing we perform. This privacy notice does not apply to the personal information we process as a “data processor” on behalf of our customers. In those situations, the customer that we provide services to and with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement is the “data controller” responsible for your personal information, and we merely process your information on their behalf in accordance with your instructions. If you want to know more about our customers' privacy practices, you should read their privacy policies and direct any questions you have to them.

If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.

We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example:

If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way For investigations and fraud detection and prevention For business transactions provided certain conditions are met If it is contained in a witness statement and the collection is necessary to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced If the collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:

Cloud Computing Services
Communication & Collaboration Tools
Data Analytics Services (Google Analytics for Firebase)
Data Storage Service Providers
Finance & Accounting Tools
Government Entities
Order Fulfillment Service Providers
Payment Processors
Performance Monitoring Tools
Product Engineering & Design Tools
Testing Tools
User Account Registration & Authentication Services
Website Hosting Service Providers

The service providers we use today are:

Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): sign-in, the database, photo storage, our server functions, the web version of the app, push notifications, settings controlled from our server, and protection against fake apps.

Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring: crash reports and measurements of how fast the app runs, and usage statistics only if you say yes to them (see section 6).

Google (Gemini): suggests a fish species from a catch photo when you ask for it. Only the photo is sent, not who you are or where you are.

RevenueCat: keeps track of your subscription. It receives your user ID and your purchases, not your name or email address.

Stripe: takes the payment when you buy Premium on the web, through RevenueCat.

Brevo: sends our emails to you (service and feature emails, and necessary notices) and emails us the feedback you send with «Si ifra». To send our emails, Brevo receives your email address and the content of the email, not your name. With feedback it receives the message, topic, platform and app version, not your name or email address.

LocationIQ: map images, place search and place names. Our server sends it your search text or a map point, never who you are.

Paperform: the form where you ask for access to, or deletion of, your data.

Wix: runs our website gofish-app.com and stores what you send through its forms.

Usercentrics: the cookie banner on our website, which remembers your choice.

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Public data sources. To show weather, tides, trails, protected areas, water quality, facilities and descriptions of waters, our server asks public sources for data about a map point or an area, never who you are: the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, the Norwegian Mapping Authority (Kartverket), the Directorate of Fisheries, the Norwegian Environment Agency, NVE, OpenStreetMap and Wikipedia/Wikidata. Some map layers and the backup base map are loaded by the app directly from the source, which then sees your IP address and the map area you are viewing. Their own terms apply to them.

Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

Partners. We do not share your personal information with partners, advertisers or data brokers.

Other Users. When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. Other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our Services, and view your profile.

5. What Is Our Stance on Third-Party Websites?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services or mobile applications that are not affiliated with us. Go Fish shows no advertisements. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

6. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

Our services use cookies to store information on your login and site navigation state. We also use cookies and similar technologies to recognize and improve your use of our website. You may delete cookies from your computer, and most browsers provide the option to block them. If you block cookies placed by us (first party cookies), you will not be able to access parts of the website and services that require a login. However, your access to our websites will not be affected if you disable cookies placed by third parties.

We do not use tracking for advertising, and GoFish shows no advertisements.

Usage statistics.

We collect usage statistics, through Google Analytics for Firebase and our own store, only if you say yes to it in the app. The app does not ask yet, so no usage statistics are collected today, and Google Analytics stays switched off in the app and on gofishapp.no. If we start asking, this section will say exactly what is collected before the question appears.

– the screens you open and how long you use them;

– actions in the app, such as signing up or logging in, logging a catch (including the fish species and whether the water is fresh or salt water), adding a fishing spot or gear, joining a group, planning a trip, sending a fishing challenge, viewing a species, opening the Premium page, opening the data request form and installing the web app;

– short technical error messages, so we can find and fix faults;

– technical information such as device and browser type, operating system, language and approximate location derived from your IP address.

In the web version of the app, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID>) holding a random identifier for your browser; in the apps an app instance identifier is used.

The data never includes your name, email address, messages, notes you write, or the exact location of spots you have hidden. We do not use Analytics data for advertising. It is kept for 14 months and may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See how Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Crash reports and performance. We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring, also from Google, to find faults and see how fast the app runs. A crash report shows what went wrong and the state of the device at the time. In the Android and iPhone apps it includes your user ID, so we can help you if you contact us about a fault. Google keeps crash reports for 90 days and performance data for up to 60 days.

Crash reports and performance measurements are always on and are not based on consent: we rely on our legitimate interest in finding faults and keeping the app working. You can object at any time, see "What Are Your Privacy Rights?". Usage statistics are based on your consent only.

On your device. The app stores your sign-in, a copy of your data and the last position you used on your device, so it opens quickly, opens where you are and works without a connection. Most of it is removed from the device when you sign out.

Our website. Our website gofish-app.com runs on Wix. It uses only the cookies and local storage needed for security and operation, and the cookie banner from Usercentrics, which remembers your choice. We have not added analytics or advertising tools to the website.

Go Fish does not display advertisements and does not use tracking for targeted advertising.

7. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google login). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. With Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your contacts or friends list.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

8. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our database is in the EU, in Belgium and the Netherlands. Photos are stored in the USA and our server functions run in the USA, so your information is also processed in the USA. Google may also process sign-in data in other countries where it has data centres. Some of the service providers in section 4 are based outside the EEA. For each provider, this is where it handles data and, outside the EEA, the transfer basis its own published terms state:

Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Gemini): the USA and other countries where Google has data centres. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and Google's data processing terms include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

RevenueCat: the USA. RevenueCat's data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Stripe: Ireland and the USA. Stripe, LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and Stripe's data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Brevo: France and Belgium (EU). Brevo's sub-processors outside the EEA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Wix: Israel, which the European Commission recognises as having adequate protection, and other countries where Wix has sub-processors. Wix's data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for onward transfers.

Usercentrics: Germany (EU).

LocationIQ: our server sends its requests to LocationIQ's servers in the USA.

Paperform: the USA, Australia and Singapore. Transfers from the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We keep personal information only as long as this notice says below, or longer only where the law requires it (for example bookkeeping rules for purchases).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Once information has been fully anonymized such that it can no longer identify any individual, it is no longer considered personal data under GDPR, and we may retain such aggregated, anonymized data indefinitely for product improvement and public reporting purposes.

In practice this means:

Content you add is kept while you have your account. Catches and fishing spots you delete disappear from the app straight away, but for now they stay stored with us, marked as deleted. An automatic clean-up that removes them for good is not switched on yet. The same applies to old feedback, reports, notifications and photos no longer in use.

If you delete your account, your data is deleted straight away. Public catches, fishing spots and fishing challenges stay for other people, without your name or any link to your account, and trips and groups you share with others continue for them. See "What Are Your Privacy Rights?".

The scrambled invitation code described in section 1 is kept for 24 months, also after you delete your account.

Crash reports, which include your user ID, are deleted by Google after 90 days. Copies in logs, crash reports and backups at our providers and at Go Fish are deleted automatically within 180 days.

If you sign up to the waitlist on our website, we keep your email address until we have told you about the launch, or for up to 12 months, whichever comes first.

10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

11. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 16.

You must be at least 16 years old to use GoFish. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it and delete its data. If you know of a child under 16 with an account, contact us at legal@gofish-app.com.

12. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?” below.

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) or to the authority where you live: https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.

If you are located in Switzerland, the contact details for the data protection authorities are available here: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/edoeb/en/home.html.

Withdrawing your consent:
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?" below or updating your preferences.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Withdrawing your yes to emails:
You can withdraw your yes to emails with useful information and new features at any time, under Personvern in the app settings or with the link at the bottom of every such email. We still send emails you need for your account, such as confirming your email address, changing it or making a new password.

Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
Contact us using the contact information provided.

Deleting your account: in the app, go to Settings → «Slett konto». Without the app, sign in at https://gofishapp.no/slett-konto, or email hello@gofish-app.com from the address on the account. The account is deleted straight away and cannot be restored. Your profile, your catches and spots marked «Venner» or «Kun meg», your photos, gear, fishing licences, packing lists, friends, and the feedback and reports you have sent are deleted. Public catches, fishing spots and fishing challenges stay for other people, without your name or any link to your account. A subscription bought on the web ends straight away when you delete your account, without a refund for the rest of the period you have paid for; the right of withdrawal in our Terms of Use still applies, and to use it you write to us at hello@gofish-app.com. A subscription in Google Play is cancelled and runs until the end of the period you have paid for. 13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
